You can pay for your cookbook on our website using all major debit and credit cards. Once you have paid for your book you will receive an email confirmation and we will start making it for you straightaway.

If you think you placed an order but haven’t received your confirmation email please check your spam folder and if it’s not there, contact us.

If we discover that there is a problem with printing your book (e.g. if you accidentally uploaded a corrupted image file) we will get in touch with you using the email address that you provide at the checkout.

If you’ve just bought your book and now realise that you made a mistake then let us know immediately. We’ll do our best to help but if the book has already gone to print we will no longer be able to make any changes.


Books will be delivered to UK addresses within seven working days by Royal Mail.

Books will be delivered to select European addresses within ten days and rest of world addresses within fourteen days by standard delivery.

Your order confirmation email will include your estimated delivery date. We’ll do everything we can to ensure that your book arrives by that date, but we can’t always guarantee it. If it looks like there might be a delay, we’ll let you know.

If, for some reason you don’t receive your book by that date, then please contact us and we will investigate.


Please check your book when you receive it. If it’s damaged, or there’s a fault with the printing then let us know within seven days by writing to us on our contact page and we’ll send you a replacement or a refund. We may ask you to return the faulty copy to us.

However, as each book is customised and printed to order, we can’t refund if there’s an error in the book that has been introduced by you (such as a typo in one of your own recipes, or the wrong photo next to a recipe). For this reason we advise that you check your book through carefully before ordering a copy.
